Additionally, the cushion’s low profile design eliminates the buoyant sensation often experienced with other cushions and cradles around natural bony areas to lift the patient off the seating surface.
EHOB Waffle products are made from high-grade antimicrobial TPU material, ensuring both clinical efficacy and patient comfort. The cushions have optimal envelopment and immersion properties, aiding in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Ventilation holes aid in the even distribution of pressure across the patient’s body surface area, providing effective ventilation and optimising the micro-climate. This helps minimise the risk of skin maceration, as body fluids are drawn away from the patient’s skin.
