The Company

Patient Handling is a privately owned company with a long and successful history in the mobility, living aids and rehabilitation sector. We are the exclusive importer of some key European products which profoundly change our customers’ lives.

The Opportunity

Based in Lane Cove, as a Customer Service Officer, you will utilise your well-developed interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service and support to our clients. We are looking for a person who is proactive in their approach and wants to be an integral part of an existing, fun and energetic team. 

About You

• You will be self motivated with the enthusiasm to make this role your own
• Demonstrated success of working within a customer focused environment
• Professional phone manner and ability to create rapport over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Demonstrated strong administrative skills including data entry and CRM experience
• Whilst not essential, experience with the NDIS would be beneficial for the role
• Right to work full time in Australia (Australian Resident)
