The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the scheme supported by the Australian Government and aims to empower permanently disabled Australians.
The idea with Assistive Technology is to assist the participants in living a normal, fulfilling life. As a participant, you are eligible for the funding if the specific support required is in your plan. Often, the NDIA requires assessments and the AT will only be funded if it relates to the disability and goals.
AT encompasses a broad range of equipment and mobility aids, and we have outlined some of these below. Depending on what is approved in your plan, the NDIS may provide funding for the following.

Molift Raiser Pro To Stand Transfer Platform
The Molift Raiser Pro is an ergonomic platform for a safe and active sit-to-stand transfer. The design imitates the natural pattern of movement and fulfils the transfer needs of users with some weight-bearing capacity.
